Description: It can be quite hard to describe Pippin, most of all because his personality is so special, that you just have to witness it, to understand it completely. But I will try to describe him the best I can. Pippin is a joyful boy, who always greets me in the morning, afternoon and evening. He really never has a bad day, and even if he does, he never takes it out on me. He was very shy when he first arrived here, and it took me over a month to make him trust me just a little bit. Now, 7 months later he comes running every time he sees me. The best thing he knows, is to be out on the big table for several hours. He runs around like crazy, makes small happy jumps and climbs everything there is to climb. You can really see the joy in his behavior. When I walk around the table, he follows me around, just to get a little pet or to give me a kiss on my nose – and then he is of again to play.

When I am home he is out all day long, with constant access to his cage so that he can go in when he wants some peace or something to eat or drink. He loves the big table, and will often take a nap while he is out there. His all-time favorite treat is whimzees. If you give him one, he will love you forever! He is very inquisitive and loves human attention. Pippin doesn’t have the time to sit still and be petted. I am allowed to stroke him, and sometimes he will sit still for a few minutes. But mostly he just likes to explore everything around him, and he does it so fast, that I have a hard time keeping up with him. Pippin is a joy to have and I hope I have him for a very long time.
